Description

EMBL, HEREON, and DESY are joining forces to host the event “From Lab to Launch: A Scientist’s Journey into Entrepreneurship” on May 14th.

With this event, we aim at fostering entrepreneurial initiatives and equip scientists with essential information to take their first steps toward entrepreneurship, bolstered by the support of the organizing institutions.

Serving as a platform for idea exchange, professional insights, and networking, this event offers invaluable guidance to prospective entrepreneurs as they navigate the transition from the lab to the launch of a start-up company. Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet peers at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey, facilitating knowledge exchange and further enriching their experience. This networking also serves as a gateway to experts from diverse fields, allowing founders and scientists to address their specific needs and concerns effectively.

Please note that attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
